Making huge changes can be overwhelming for many. My suggestion is to make small changes and make them often. Start with this, set a goal that is achievable for the next week. Define the goal using descriptive words – what will you feel like when you’ve achieved the goal. How will future benefit from achieving the goal this week? Even the smallest of goals requires a compelling reason for achievement because it requires us to change a habit, belief, action or behavior. Find the compelling reason and achievement will be a breeze!
