Buyer’s Remorse

Have you ever purchased something and then regretted having done so when you discovered it wasn’t what you expected? I sure have and it is not pleasant. Whether it be business or personal, the disappointment can taint the entire day – or week depending on how much it cost you!! Recently I made a purchase online with a satisfaction guaranteed money back guarantee. That gave me the ‘go ahead’ – if it didn’t meet my expectation, I could return it. Sadly, it didn’t and that was the beginning of my 2-month endeavor to be issued a refund. My refund was finally issued – with reluctance, surliness and general disdain.

The lesson for me was this: If anyone ever wants a refund on one of my products or services, it will be issued immediately, no questions asked. And I can say in the last 10 years, no one has asked.
