As this year comes to a close, it feels like I’m reading the final pages of a terrific book – actually it would be the 4th book in a series. Here’s the really exciting news. The next book is soon to be released – January 2013, and I’m so excited to see what the lead character will be experiencing. The four previous books have been absolutely captivating and book #5 to be equally engaging.
This series has all the components of a blockbuster – intrigue, romance, politics, seemingly insurmountable challenges, heartbreak, self-introspection, accomplishment and who can guess what else? I don’t know how it will end. My expectation is that there will be less strife and more success, less anguish and more acceptance, less conflict and more commonality, less loneliness and more love.
Yes, it has been quite the adventure. Just as the story begins to take the reader in one direction, something completely unexpected happens

Don’t you love a great book that engages all of your senses? That makes your heart race? That keeps you awake until the wee hours of the morn because you can’t wait to see what happens next.
Is this a sci-fi adventure? Or something akin to the latest James Bond foray? No, it isn’t. It’s the story of my life. Adventuresome? Absolutely! Unpredictable? Totally! Is there mundane as well as the magnificent? Each and every day.
Reaching the end of the book is terrific because there is so much more to be revealed in the subsequent books. As one ends, the next begins.
What’s most important to me isn’t the ending, it’s the journey of living.
