Last week I took my car in for a regular service – exchange or top off the fluids, check the air pressure in the tires, and new windshield wipers. Over the next few days, we had rain so I really appreciated the new wipers. I noticed that the ‘ride’ seemed a bit firm. Inquisitive minds want to know, so upon inquiring, I learned that the tire pressure was low and was brought up to the ‘normal’ range as part of the service.
The message of the week – when our ride through life is soft, it may be an indication that we need something to boost our performance. Likewise, if the pressure is too high, it’s time to let out some air. Be kind to yourself – life is short!
