Step 1: my challenge to you
Let’s get right into this. What is the one thing you can change that will change everything? It’s your first thoughts when you wake up. It doesn’t matter whether you are the zero to 60 flash bounding out of bed or more of the let’s ease into this eye-opening gradually. The results are equally amazing!
My challenge to you: for the next week, as soon as you wake up in the morning, really tune into your thoughts. Be conscious of what’s filling up your mental space. This is important, so please write down your first thoughts when you wake up each day. It will take less than 2 minutes – longer than that and you’re working too hard on this!
Next week you’ll learn about Step 2 and that’s when things start to get really interesting!
