When women come to me saying they feel stuck, their first instinct is usually: I must need to do more. More social media posts. More networking events. More offers. More hours.
But clarity doesn’t come from more.
Clarity comes from alignment.
Imagine driving in heavy fog. You can press harder on the gas (doing more), but without clear visibility, you’re just speeding into uncertainty. Now imagine the fog lifts. Suddenly, the road is obvious. You don’t need to do more—you simply know where to go.
💜Example: meet Michelle. She came to me under the misconception that doing more was the solution. She kept piling on tasks—emails, freebies, endless social posts—yet none of it was moving the needle. It was baffling to her – “I’m smart, experienced – why can’t I get the results I want?” When we stepped back, she realized her real clarity block was her offer. She didn’t have clarity about who she served and how to meet them where they are by offering what they want. Once we simplified her program and aligned her strengths with what her clients want, everything else—marketing, messaging, even pricing—snapped into focus.
💎Clarity = simplicity + alignment. It’s about knowing what to say no to just as much as what to say yes to.
Try This: Write down the top three things draining your time and energy. Now ask: If I had full clarity, would I even be doing these? If the answer is no, it’s time to let them go.
Here’s to having your business work for you!
