Being a female has actually given me an advantage in that I’m better able to identify with and speak to my target – other women in business.

I’ve put language to the unique challenges women experience in business and provide solutions to the problems.  Like our predecessors, we are often seen through a ‘filtered’ lens that does not accommodate 20/20 vision.  Every woman I have coached has made huge strides in business AND succeeded in managing and influencing the view of others.
