What’s the ending?

Have you ever been in the middle of a book, can’t wait to find out the ending so you jump ahead and read the last chapter or last few pages?  You can then finish reading the book with less anxiety, concern, because you know how it is going to end.

y because the choices we make today, impact our tomorrow.  However, there are days when I would love to at least have a peek, just a hint, or even of sign as to what is to come.  Planning is well and good, knowing is much more certain!

According to the Center for Women’s Business Research, nearly 10.4 million U.S. firms are owned by women.  “There are more women who are economically independent and who are the primary income-earners in their households.” explains John Reynolds, President of IFA.ess coach or are hiring one in the near future.  In the US, this means there are over one million business owners who are looking for help.

Being a female has actually given me an advantage in that I’m better able to identify with and speak to my target – other women in business.

I’ve put language to the unique challenges women experience in business and provide solutions to the problems.  Like our predecessors, we are often seen through a ‘filtered’ lens that does not accommodate 20/20 vision.  Every woman I have coached has made huge strides in business AND succeeded in managing and influencing the view of others.

Where do you start?  By trying a new pair of glasses!  Take a look from a different perspective.

When you see clearly, you can then create the process, perspective, and priorities to support the achievement of your success and design goals that are in alignment with your success.
