If you have been following this series of blogs on resistance – Congratulations!  You’re making terrific progress.  You have identified how resistance shows up in your life, how it is holding you back, and what it is preventing you from achieving. The next step is to identify what you are willing to break free of or give up.  This loosens the hold even more.  What are you willing to give up?

  • Negative thinking
  • Self-sabotage?
  • And…

When you have clarity around what you will let go, make a list.  Keep it hand and refer to it throughout the day.  We’ll get to the how later – for now, merely focus on the what!
