To wrap up the blog series of “How Do You Rate Your ‘Happiness’ Factor”, my final suggestion is take a nap! A 20-minute power nap can refresh, revitalize and re-energize your body, mind, and soul. Fatigue – mental or physical, does not invite our best thinking. We often feel pressured, so time-constricted that we aren’t open to the idea of taking a break. Whether it be a nap, a walk around the block, a series of stretches or a stroll to the kitchen for a glass of ice water, do it!

Listen to your body – it will serve you well and take you along the path of discovering and increasing your happiness factor!
