In my blog post A-Z exercises, I talked about my new ‘living in health’ activities – including various exercises – which resulted in sore feet.
That led to an interesting discovery that Dr. Scholl’s must have made eons ago! As we age, the pads on the balls of our feet get thinner – for me that would be the only part of my anatomy that is getting thinner!
Anyway, thus the multitude of gel pads, inserts, orthodox and the like. I am now the proud owner of several sets of gel pads and let me tell you, they are a foot-saver!
