Changing one thing can change everything. Here’s how. Part 2

Last week I challenged you to make note of the first thoughts you had each morning.  How did you do?  Do you see a trend or pattern?  Are your thoughts cohesive or random? How do these early morning thoughts make you feel? – excited, burdened, lethargic or lackluster?

Step 2: the game changer

For the next week, upon awakening, I invite you to ask yourself these three questions:

  1. What am I most pleased/excited/happy about today?
  2. What will I do today, to make today a success?
  3. How do I want people to experience me today?

This may take some real concentration for the first few days.  By the end of the week, you’ll be breezing through the questions in a couple of minutes.

That’s it – just those three questions, make note of your answers and then go about your day. Join me next week for the final step in this process.
